What is soda-lime glass?

Soda-lime glass accounts for approximately 90% of all glass manufactured worldwide. It is used for products including wine bottles, glass jars, windowpanes and candle vessels.

Made from approximately 70% sand, 15% soda and 10% lime, it can be recycled indefinitely without losing its quality. It also offers excellent transparency, allowing the colour of the wax and the glow of the flame to remain visible. It will not react with fragrance oils, essential oils or different types of wax.
